There are so many research problems, as many clients. Some clients realize necessity of research to solve their problems, but do not know how to collect data, while others conduct research, but do not know how to use their results.
1. CONSULTING BASED ON MARKETING RESEARCH: FROM DATA COLLECTION TO SUPPORT OF MARKETING DECISION
Assurance of productive marketing decisions is a support them on reality. That is why we adhere to the principle "first - research, then - consulting". Responsibility and carefulness are important at data gathering in research and the main thing is to deal with accurate and reliable data, enabling the chance to generalize. The collected data, however, is a row material, and it is rarely useful. To turn data into information you need to analyze and synthesize collected data. The information creates a basis for deeper understanding (Insight) of marketing situation of the company, and, most importantly, for conclusions about the real state of things.
In research projects of our company, Conclusions are key research findings and their interpretation from position of approaches to decision of Client problems. Recommendations are suggestions of decision variants of Client problems based on research findings.
RI-VITA Consulting Company is a provider of business information, allowing understanding and really estimating developing situation in the market of the Client, and a partner, providing effective decisions in marketing and business. We also consult in the field of research methodology, data analysis, providing services on statistical data processing and rational data visualization of the information in orientation to solving of the Clients’ problem.
Standard of research and consulting project
1) Submission and approval of research project The research project includes a description of marketing situation, problem, marketing goal and tasks of Client, the goal and objectives of the Executor, the methodology and tools for data collection (screener, basic questionnaire, format of the retail audit, etc.). We discuss the research with Client and then Client approves it within the timetable specified in the Commercial proposal. After approval of the research project, we start the fieldwork – questioning of respondents, retail audit and etc.
2) Control of fieldwork:

The work of interviewers is controlled by team lead or fieldwork manager in the places of interviewing;

Total control of correctness of questionnaires filling in and reports of interviewers on conducted interviews (respondents data, date, time, location and duration of the interview);

Acknowledgement of the fact of carrying out of interview by telephone contacts with 15-20% randomly selected respondents;

Computer based checking out all the questionnaires (100%) for consistency (logic) of their filling in.
3) Presentation of Research Project results Research Project results are presented to Client as a final report in Russian or English including description of research methodology, key findings (as descriptions, ratings, statements, tables, charts, maps and comments to them), as well as Conclusions and Recommendations based on analysis of the obtained information and developed in orientation on problem solving of Client and achievement of Client purpose. Annexes to the report are video and audio records, transcripts, photographs, statistical tables and SPSS or XLS data files (on Client request). At the Clients’ request, we hold a verbal report presented with illustrative material, such as slides, graphs, etc of the key findings, Conclusion and Recommendations of the research project. We regularly send to Client reports on progress of work.
2. STAFF TRAINING
Standard of staff-training project:
1) Submission and approval of staff-training project The staff-training project contains descriptions of learning situation and / or company’s problem in terms of the gap between the responsibilities of the staff and their knowledge, skills and habits of work, which are necessary to perform their duties. The purpose, objectives and expected results of the staff-training project, content, form and duration of training, requirements to distributing materials, a place of training and the equipment are also components of the staff-training project.
2) Preparation of staff-training project Following the approval of the customer project, we proceed to develop a training program, which include lectures, case studies, exercises, role-playing or and business games.
3) Realization of staff-training project After approval of the Program by Client, we hold the seminar training in the approved period. At the Client request, we assess of learning outcomes in the form of the final business game and / or the programmed control of knowledge.
